Making Better Kid’s Meals

Like any busy mom, I usually find myself struggling to throw together healthy meals for my kids. A few months ago, I realized that my children were eating out of cans most days, a fact that I was not proud of. Instead of stuffing my kids full of preservatives and other things that I knew weren't good for them, I started paying more attention to what I let slide into their little mouths. I took a healthy cooking class and worked hard on my skills. This blog is all about making better meals for kids and knowing how to recognize the signs of unhealthy eating.
