Like any busy mom, I usually find myself struggling to throw together healthy meals for my kids. A few months ago, I realized that my children were eating out of cans most days, a fact that I was not proud of. Instead of stuffing my kids full of preservatives and other things that I knew weren't good for them, I started paying more attention to what I let slide into their little mouths.
